Our experience at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration was fantastic! The house comfortably fit our group of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone’s convenience. Having the two guest houses allowed us to enjoy our privacy while still being together. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided us with wonderful backdrops for photos. Plus, the location was ideal—just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was extremely attentive and accommodating during our time there. I would highly recommend this rental for any large gatherings!

The location was fantastic, but the property itself is showing its age. Communication with Kevin was top-notch; he was very responsive. However, the carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some furniture pieces are in need of repair due to wear and tear. Overall, I was pleased with my stay—it's a cozy spot in a great area, though it does have its imperfections.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! We spent a month here and loved every second of it. The location is ideal - just a short 10-minute drive from the airport (and surprisingly quiet), with a myriad of shops and restaurants only a couple of minutes on foot. The beach is merely a 10-minute drive away, making it super convenient. It's also close to Clemantis, which boasts fantastic dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday, all within a 15-minute walk. You really don’t need a car to explore the area and have a great time. Kevin is an outstanding host who made everything incredibly convenient for us. Whenever we had a minor issue, he promptly sent someone over to resolve it, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is roomy, cozy, and well-equipped with all we required. The neighbors were friendly, and we loved lounging by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. He has numerous properties and is truly dependable and trustworthy. We wholeheartedly recommend this listing and Kevin’s other properties to anyone!
