Entire rental unit. Stylish Downtown West Palm Beach Condominium

The apartment was fantastic! Super cozy and ideally situated. The complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. Just a small note: the decor looked a bit different than in the photos, but it didn't detract from my experience at all.

The owner was wonderful, always available to chat, and responded quickly to my inquiries. I had a mix-up with my reservation dates, and they were extremely accommodating!

The host was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and ensured our group of 16 felt at home. It's a challenge to meet everyone's expectations, but their communication was excellent, which is essential when booking an Airbnb. The property matched the description perfectly. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host was quick to assess the situation. Luckily, the stovetop was functional. Since we were mainly in town for a wedding, we didn’t need to prepare large meals. We truly valued our interactions with the host, who surprised us with a few thoughtful gestures we didn’t anticipate – a big thank you! We'll definitely consider renting from this host again in the future.
