This guesthouse is a fantastic option amidst the pricey short-term rentals in West Palm Beach. It's a snug space that's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends, with the flexibility of a king bed or twin beds. The central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. I was impressed by the newly updated kitchen featuring a stove, refrigerator, and sleek sink and countertop. The bathroom renovations included thoughtful details like a dimmer switch, adding a nice touch. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, as well as the top-notch air conditioning to keep us comfortable. The closet is well-organized with plenty of storage space. Plus, access to a shared washer and dryer, along with reserved off-street parking, was a great benefit, especially since the main house is also available if anyone needs extra space. Kevin, the host, was quick to respond to our questions and handled a couple of minor issues very well. All in all, this place met our expectations, and I would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.
