We arrived at the property after a long flight, landing around 1:00 PM, and expected to grab some lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working, which led to a delay. By 5:49 PM, we inquired about our check-in status, but received no update. After asking for clarity again at 7:02 PM, we were told they would get back to us. Ultimately, we weren't able to enter until approximately 7:45 PM. To our surprise, we discovered there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were busy tiling the floor during our stay. They were cutting tiles until around 9:30 PM, and it was quite disruptive. Adding to our frustration, they left behind a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our visit. There was no apology or attempt to address our concerns. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience of the late check-in and ongoing issues, but was told that someone would need to consult with the owners. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't choose to rent from them again.

This Airbnb was truly outstanding! We spent an entire month here and relished every single moment. The location is superb—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport, yet it's surprisingly quiet. Within a 2-minute stroll, you’ll find numerous shops and eateries, and the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Plus, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where you can discover fabulous restaurants and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. There's really no need for a car to enjoy the local scene. Kevin is a fantastic host who made our stay seamless. Whenever we needed assistance, he quickly arranged for someone to come over and resolve any issues. The Airbnb itself is roomy, cozy, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The other residents in the building were friendly, and we loved spending time at the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. With multiple listings and his trustworthy nature, we wholeheartedly recommend this place and any of Kevin's other properties to future guests.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, making our stay very comfortable. James even met us upon arrival to ensure everything was perfect. His local knowledge was invaluable, and the location was just as described. If you're looking for a great Airbnb experience, James is the host you want. I highly recommend his place!
