We arrived in town and expected to check-in at 4:00 pm, but unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. After landing around 1:00 pm, we were eager to grab a meal and settle in. However, when we returned at 4:00 pm, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting for over three hours, we inquired about the status and received little communication. Finally, we were allowed to enter around 7:45 pm, only to find ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak. The workers were still tiling the floor and making noise until late in the evening, which disrupted our stay. Additionally, we discovered that a used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen area during our entire visit. We reached out to the host regarding compensation for the inconvenience, but we never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately, we wouldn't consider booking with them again.

This property was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in an ideal spot. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a small note, the interior looked a bit different from the images shown online, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The location was spot on—just a short trip to downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment was just what we needed, complete with parking and a very accommodating host. It's conveniently located within walking distance to everything, including a Starbucks just two minutes away, along with shops and venues for live music. While some furniture, like the couch, showed signs of being well-loved, the stunning views from the window and sliding glass door quickly made us forget about those minor imperfections.
