I would easily give all five stars for Kevin's hospitality alone, but there were a few issues with the unit that he couldn't control. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Also, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more attention when it came to cleanliness. The towels provided weren't the best quality, so it might be a good idea for the owner to consider replacing them.

This place exceeded my expectations! It was cozy and perfectly situated for exploring the area. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. Chris, our host, was fantastic and always quick to help with any questions. I’d definitely book this place again. Just a minor note—the apartment had a slightly different vibe than the photos, but it was still very enjoyable.

I made a last-minute trip to West Palm for work and needed a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kept in touch from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, he provided a thorough tour, making it easy to settle in. The condo itself is perfect for one or two guests; it's spacious, everything operates smoothly, and it's spotless.

Kevin was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries and made sure all 16 of us were comfortable. Managing the needs of such a large group is no small feat! His communication skills made a big difference in our stay, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The house matched its description perfectly, though the oven was out of commission. Kevin promptly checked it out and confirmed it was broken, but thankfully the stovetop worked fine for us. We weren't cooking elaborate meals since we were there for a wedding, so it wasn't a major issue. We really valued our interactions with Kevin and the thoughtful touches he provided that were beyond our expectations—thanks a ton, Kevin!
