This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's a perfect fit for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is conveniently situated near various attractions in WPB. The newly updated kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, including a stove, fridge, and stylish sink and countertops. The bathroom has also seen some renovations and includes thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for the lighting. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom for added comfort alongside the superb air conditioning. I was impressed with the organized closet space which offers great storage solutions. Additionally, there's a shared washer and dryer as well as off-street parking available, which is convenient for guests. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor concerns we had promptly and positively. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.

Our stay here for work was absolutely fantastic! The house had so many rooms, and the beds were super cozy and immaculate. We particularly loved the two cottage rooms in the back, as they provided excellent additional space and offered everyone their own bathrooms. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by trees, though we did have to use the nets to keep it clear. However, we enjoyed taking a swim when the sun was shining. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was an added bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place with an abundance of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach is nearby. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would love to return in the future if it's available!
