Kevin really came through for us when our previous Airbnb turned out to be unprepared, even late at night. I had a wonderful stay at this property! The comfort level was top-notch and the location couldn't be better. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were fantastic. Just a small note: the apartment did look a bit different from the photos, but it was still lovely overall.

This rental was the perfect place for our family reunion. I highly recommend it, but do check that the pool is clean prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue because the pool water was a bit green and required treatment. The management has addressed this with their pool service. On a positive note, Kevin was an outstanding host and was always quick to respond to our inquiries. Excellent experience overall!

Kevin was incredibly attentive to all of our inquiries and requirements. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no simple task! His communication skills were fantastic, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The house matched the description perfectly. The only appliance that was out of order was the oven; however, Kevin promptly arrived to confirm the issue. We were able to use the stovetop without any problems. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to cook elaborate meals. We truly valued our dealings with Kevin and appreciated the unexpected little extras he provided - a massive THANK YOU to him! I will certainly consider renting from him again in the future.

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive. The room itself was pretty small, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a small table. Additionally, the shower was unfortunately out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and facilities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, thanks to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but paying over $300 seems unreasonable for what was offered. I hope they can reconsider their pricing and provide better amenities in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying in this Airbnb for three weeks, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable! As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with how everything we wanted to explore was just a short drive away, and several spots were conveniently within walking distance. The area felt very safe and peaceful, which we appreciated. The house itself is charming, being over a century old, and we particularly loved the pool and cabana in the backyard—they're amazing spaces to relax. The two additional 'casitas' were a great bonus for our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. While the washer/dryer could use some updating and the pillows weren't the best, these were minor issues in an otherwise wonderful experience. If you're traveling with a big group and want an excellent location in West Palm, we highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time staying here, bringing the whole family together. I would definitely recommend this place, but do check that the pool is in good shape before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day since the pool wasn't cleaned and needed some attention. Thankfully, the issue has been addressed by the pool team. Our host, Kevin, was fantastic and always quick to respond. Truly a great experience!
